The latest AC9X03 series features automatic vacuum blood collection tube sampling, color touch screen, one-time loading of 30 samples and barcode scanner function; the equipment has excellent stability and repeatability (CV≤1.5%), adopts the ion selective electrode method, optional pressure-sensing TCO₂ detection technology, combined with original factory reagents, integrates bubble/liquid level detection, automatic cleaning and calibration functions to ensure accurate and reliable results.

The instrument adopts a color touch screen, simplifying the human-machine operation process, with good interchangeability, providing users with a high-quality operating experience.

● Vacuum blood collection tube sampling

The instrument can use vacuum blood collection tubes for direct sampling to simplify the sample processing procedure, or sample cups can be selected to meet different clinical needs. 26 sample positions and 4 special sample positions (AC9903, AC9803, AC9603, AC9503).

● Quality control chromatogram display

The instrument has quality control analysis data functions. Through quality control statistics and quality control chromatograms, data can be grasped simply and intuitively.

● Supporting reagents (Ion Selective Electrode method)

The electrolyte analyzer (e.g., AC9903) supporting reagents consist of A calibration reagent, B standard reagent, R reaction reagent, C calibration reagent.

● Equipped with barcode scanner interface

Equipped with RS232 and USB computer connection interfaces, which can connect barcode scanners with corresponding interfaces. Users can equip as needed to directly identify sample information and reduce manual input workload.

● All electrodes adopt full sealing technology to improve electrode stability.

● Adopts full solenoid valve control of the flow path to reduce instrument failure rate.

● Equipped with bubble detection function, can automatically eliminate bubbles.

● Added sample position indicator light and standard solution position indicator light, making reagent liquid level observation intuitive.

● Automatic flushing function enables 24-hour operation to meet emergency needs. Automatic electrode calibration function stabilizes electrode and instrument performance.

● Electrode Features

Leadless combined ion selective electrode, adoption of excess silver chloride electrode reduces early failure occurrence. All electrodes adopt full sealing technology, improving electrode stability.

● Flow Path Design

The electrolyte analyzer uses full solenoid valve control of the flow path. Standardized manufactured solenoid valves replace rotary distribution valves, greatly reducing instrument failure rate.
CO₂ and ISE are designed to use the same channel for sequential measurement instead of using carbon dioxide and ion analysis as two independent channels. This design simplifies the flow path and reduces sample volume.

● Independent and Convenient Sampling System (AC9900, AC9800, AC9600, AC9100)

Adopts built-in automatic sampling mechanism and external independent sampling turntable form. Users do not need to modify the original sampling pipeline when purchasing the instrument to achieve fully automatic sampling. Both the built-in automatic sampling mechanism and the external sampling turntable are directly driven by stepper motors instead of gear belt transmission, simplifying the structure and reducing failure rate.

● User-Friendly Operating Interface

The electrode is equipped with an LCD liquid crystal display, YES/NO numeric key combination operation mode, hierarchical menu control, simple operation. Each operator can quickly master the usage method under Chinese guidance in the manual.
